Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for Williams Homes' Preferred Real Estate Professional Program, the following registration guidelines must apply:
- The online registration is valid for sixty days.
- It is the responsibility of the Agent to re-register his/her Clients after the expiration date in order to be eligible for any applicable commissions/referral at the close of escrow.
- The Client visited a Williams Homes community as a result of the Agent's recommendation.
- The Agent registered the Client before or during the Client's first visit to a Williams Homes community.
- The Client acknowledges that the Agent referred him/her to a Williams Homes community.
Williams Homes will only pay one Broker commission per sale. In the event the customer is registered by multiple Agents, Williams Homes will pay the real estate agent designated by the customer at time of contract.
Commissions will be paid upon close of escrow only on valid Client registrations and are subject to verification that Broker or Broker's Representatives hold a valid and active real estate license in the State where the community is located at time of purchase.
